About the founder
Mahwussh Alam founded One Perfect Stay in 2016 and has been managing hundreds of hand-picked holiday homes in Dubai for a decade. She came to hospitality from a Fortune 500 technology company and a software engineering degree, and runs OPS on the principle that systems, not headcount, are what let an operator look after homes properly. She also founded One Perfect Real Estate and One Perfect Space, and is developing a bioclimatic building in Sharjah built in earth, stone and timber. She moderates and speaks on the short-term rental market in the UAE, and writes the Holiday Home Insights blog.
