Bedroom:
Contemporary styled bedroom with a queen sized bed along with a side table. The bedroom has a study table with a comfortable chair and a 4 door built-in wardrobe. You can also admire the town views from your bedroom through the large glass window.

The neighbourhood
The low-rise design of Old Town gives the community a resort-style feel. Conveniently located within Downtown, it is equidistant to new and old Dubai and also close to the vibrant DIFC.
Residents will live in one of six quarters, Yansoon, Reehan, Miska, Zaafaran, Zanzabeel, or Kamoon with easy access to Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar.

As per local guidelines and building management requirements, we need the passport copies or Emirates IDs to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in delays in check-in or refusal for check-in by building management.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
