Minimalistic Studio in the heart of Dubai Marina

We welcome you to our cozy studio in Dubai Marina. The apartment is centrally located in one of the livest areas in Dubai. You’ll be within a walkable distance of numerous restaurants and cafes, the Promenade, the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall, and various shopping outlets.

The space
The space has a double bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully upgraded and equipped with the best appliances that you would need for your stay.
The neighbourhood
Located in the heart of Marina, the place is in one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Dubai thronging with beach lovers. The atmosphere is fun and happening and there’s something for everyone whether it is jet skiing, skydiving, air shows, fireworks, relaxing by the restaurant strip or simply enjoying the sun by the beach. No one would be disappointed.
House rules
As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
Interaction with guests
A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
