We welcome you to our fully upgraded one-bedroom apartment with special attention paid to interior details. The beautiful pad is located in Dubai’s livest neighborhood – Dubai Marina. The metro is approximately 3 minute’s walk from the building.

The space
The living room has a seating arrangement for up to 4 people and a large flat-screen TV. The dining space can accommodate up to 4 adults. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and built-in wardrobes.

Just a short drive from Barasti Beach or a quick walk to JBR Beach and you can work on your tan, swim in the clear waters, and enjoy fine dining on the beach with good music! The place is in one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Dubai thronging with beach lovers. The atmosphere is fun and happening and there’s something for everyone whether it is jet skiing, skydiving, air shows, fireworks, relaxing by the restaurant strip, or simply enjoying the sun by the beach. No one would be disappointed.

A dedicated guest relations person will always be at your disposal to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. You may get in touch with your guest relation officer as many times as required if there may be any questions or issues that need to be addressed.

Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.
