The space
The Living room opens to a spacious room with comfy sofas that seat up to 6 adults. The sofa transforms in to full convertible sofa bed that can sleep an additional adult. The living room also shares space with a wooden dining table that seats 6 adults.

Enjoy cooking in the kitchen which is equipped with the best appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, stove, and kitchen utensils with inbuilt wooden cabinets.

The lobby leads to a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, oversized wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and dressing table and a work desk.

The second has bunker beds, en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes.

The maid’s room accommodates a single bed, storage cabinets and an ensuite bathroom.

House rules
As per local guidelines and building management requirements, we need the passport copies or Emirates IDs to be shared prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in delays in check-in or refusal for check-in by building management.

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
