The space
Our studio apartment features a contemporary design with sleek furnishings and ample natural light. The open layout includes a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed, a stylish living space with a sofa and flat-screen TV including a foldable table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with modern appliances. The highlight of the space is the floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, including the Burj Khalifa. Guests can also enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including a gym and swimming pool.
Other things to note
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018, there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
