  • How does the booking process work?

    You can easily book your holiday home in Dubai from our website, in three simple steps. You'll be receiving the booking confirmation with check-in and check-out dates once the booking is confirmed. Alternatively, you can drop us a line or give us a call and our reservations agents will be in touch with you.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer a full refund if the guest cancels the booking at least 30 days prior to check-in date. The guest will not be refunded in case of a no-show and if the booking is canceled within 30 days of the check-in date.

  • What is the check-in and check-out process?

    We have contactless check-in and check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and our team. Alternatively, if you wish, a dedicated Guest Relation Officer will meet you at the property brief you about the property amenities and nearby facilities.

  • How can I list my property for Short Term Rentals and/or a Holiday Home?

    We offer complete, hands-off solutions to our landlord for Airbnb Management and Property Management in Dubai. One Perfect Stay property specialist will assist you in getting the property furnished, as per the holiday homes standards, photography, getting the necessary licenses, and marketing the property on multiple platforms.

  • How much revenue can my property make as a Holiday Home?

    The returns on your property depend on various factors, including the location, furnishing, and the view from the property. To get an accurate estimate, please get in touch with our Property Consultants at homes@oneperfectstay.com

  • Can I use my property while it is listed as a Holiday home?

    Yes, if the property is available, the owner can use their property. Our owner dashboard allows you to view the upcoming bookings and also to block the dates as per your requirement. As an alternative, you can get in touch with your dedicated Account Manager and inform them about the dates you wish to be blocked.

  • What happens if the guest damages my property?

    One Perfect Stay carefully screens the guest prior to the check-in, ensuring that the property is in the hands of guests who will treat it like their own home. In case there is any damage, we cover it from the damage deposit collected from the guests.
