The 2BR apartment is located in Al Murad Tower, within the Al Barsha community right next to the Mall of the Emirates. The apartment has marble and wooden flooring and small lobby on every floor and elevators for use.

Living room: The living room is spacious with white furniture and seats 4 people with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. It also features floor to ceiling windows with views of the Mall of the Emirates ski area.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with wooden cabinets and features high-quality stainless-steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle and toaster.

Dining area: The dining area boasts a small dining table for two for a lovely dinner date with easy access to the kitchen.

Bedroom: The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with French windows and built-in wardrobe with an ensuite bathroom.

Ensuite Bathroom: The bathroom features a standalone shower tub and clean white marble tiled flooring.

Additional bathroom: This bathroom also features marble tiled flooring, a toilet, bidet and a shower area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
